I am a side sleeper, I used to wake up all throughout the night from my arm falling asleep or experiencing shoulder pain/stiffness, but this pillow alleviates all of that! I really couldn’t be happier with this purchase, you just have to be patient in the beginning while your body adjusts to the shape. It’s more on the firm side, but not hard (if that makes sense).
