This is really very, very cool! My wife got me a different burger press for Valentine's Day, and it had many issues: 1) to small overall (would make only tiny burgers), 2) the well for the stuffing was way to small (not much room for stuffing), but 3) most importantly, the burger got destroyed trying to get it out of the press (what's the point then!). I was thinking, this is crazy! Why not have a push up plate under the burger so that you don't ruin what you've just made! Well, that's what this burger press has, and it solves the other 2 issues as well :-)

I have had my press for about a month, and have made a couple of batches of stuffed burgers (Juicy Lucy) with it. The press works well to form both the cupped bottom and flat top portions of ground beef, and then join the two parts to assemble the stuffed burgers. The burgers from this press are exactly the right size to fit on a bun, too. It is far easier to use my Stuffed Burger Press than to form them by hand, especially when using a soft, creamy cheesy filling (any filling with cream cheese; for example, creamy blue cheese

Man, this thing is awesome. Even if you don't stuff it (I do, by the way. A little smoked gouda, some sauteed onion, and bell peppers, maybe some mushrooms), it's amazing just as a patty shaper. Tired of burgers looking like they're cooked from the scratch and dent catalog.

I made two burgers last night. One, stuffed with bacon and blue cheese, the other, bacon and cheddar. OMG they were so good and juicy. The ONLY hard thing about using this is once on the grill, make SURE you remember which burger is which if they have different fillings. It does take a lot longer to grill than my normal burgers because these are so thick. Next time I am going to precook a little sausage and crumble it up and put it inside the burger. Another idea is to put a LITTLE salted butter inside the cavity. Do NOT do too much or you will end up with a massive fire inside your grill.

I love this little gadget. It makes a big thick burger and I have to say pan frying it, as we don't have a grill, made it a bit tough. What I do is make a meatloaf mix and make burgers out of it. They are easy to freeze, thaw and reheat, which they do well, and I can make a bunch at one time. Then I make them in the burger press - I don't use the stuffing tool but it would be great I'm sure! I bake six of them in a 9x13 pan for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees. This makes dinner so easy on busy nights. I hiad a burger press before this but the meat stuck in it. This has a disk that you can push the burger out with, and that's what makes it great for me!

The burger press was something i thought would be a novelty item, but it has caught some traction at home. Besides stuffing burgers it does form the patties nice and round if you don't have the 'stuffings' for the burger. I will say i was a bit confused at first on how you got the concave shape into the patty. The way it's done is you twist off the bottom of the press piece and theres a small piece that makes the concave part. Little confusing to explain but twist that bottom part and theres another size presser inside. The plastic of this feels durable and is easy to clean. The bottom of the patty holder part flips out so it can keep the burgers shape and also be cleaned easily.

I bought this to replace a metal burger press that was difficult to use and hard to get apart to clean. I wanted something simpler and easier. This fits the bill. It's designed nicely. I especially like that the bottom piece is not fixed to the sides. This makes it very easy to push the burger out. The top piece that make the burger well (indentation) works nicely. I found that if you rub the top piece with a little oil, it prevents the burger from sticking to the top. This only occurs on the first one or two burgers until there is enough grease from the hamburger to prevent sticking. Overall, I am very pleased with this burger press.

This is a wonderful product. It is very well made, looks like it will last a long time, and does everything the advertising says. My wife and I used ours for the first time tonight, and were quite pleased with it. We made a batch of patties stuffed with cheese and diced onions, and are looking forward to grilling them this weekend. The patties were a breeze to make. They all turned out firm and perfectly shaped, and did not show the slightest sign of coming apart as we put them between individual sheets of waxed paper. (My wife is 75 years young, and said this is the nicest hamburger press she has ever seen.) One thing that may not come out all that clearly in the listing photos though, is that the top part with the handle is actually comprised of two pieces: a smaller press that allows you to mold the bottom part of the patty with an indentation in it to hold the filling, and then a larger part that fits over the indent press, and allows you to squish down the top part of the patty, sealing the hamburger together with the fillings inside. There are several short YouTube clips that demonstrate this a lot better than I can explain it in words, it would probably be worth your while to view one or two of them before doing it yourself.

Although the recipes look amazing, we prefer to wing it. However, the stuffed burger press is a top notch addition for people who love to grill 300+ days a year. The press makes perfect burger patties and they come out easily. We really liked that you don't have to use any wax paper to make the burgers. Also, the burgers keep their shape while grilling and fall apart. You can choose to make small or big burgers. Clean up is easy, we just threw it in the top rack of the dishwasher. Your burgers come out looking restaurant quality but with a personal flare. We are super impressed and already put our order in for the free wristband. We are grillaholics!
