I have read where some places have the kitchen department stop working. I think it's because there is a gap around the knob and burner, so if water gets in, it can cause damage. This is very interesting though, I'll keep it and hopefully be careful not to let water get into unprotected places, it will work for many years. Not sure if it's for 3 year olds as they would be more careless with water. So be sure not to plug the plug into the sink and let the faucet on it overflow. LAUGH
