I've been told by my wife I snored. Knowing that snoring loudness comings in varying degrees I always assumed I was on the quieter end. After looking and different products on YouTube I decided to give ZQuiet a try. The next morning after using the mouthpiece my wife said she noticed a big difference. Being an Engineer I was curious if I could quantify how well it worked. I downloaded SnoreLab for my android device to record my snoring and get a measurement of my snoring level. To rule any other noises I stayed in the guest room for 2 nights. The first night I slept WITHOUT with mouthpiece, the second night I slept WITH the mouthpiece. According to the SnoreLab results there was a dramatic difference in my snoring levels. Other than some initial tooth pain and lite drooling (both of witch are no longer issues), I would say this product is working well for me/us.

I bought this for my wife to use because it is usually impossible to endure an entire night in the same room as her since her snoring would always wake me up. I'm glad I made this purchase! She's been using it now for several nights and it is working great. I haven't been woken by any snoring now for the past couple of nights and I am feeling more refreshed each morning! Admittedly, this product is a bit more expensive than similar products but all I can say is that it is definitely worth it. If you've been missing out on getting a good night's sleep you can't go wrong with this product. 5 stars!

I got a Mayo Clinic Newsletter article about sleep apnea and handed it to my partner, who is an outrageous snorer and has one or two seemingly near death loud choking incidents every night as well. He read the article and it recommended trying a device like this. He ordered this starter kit on Amazon and tried the smaller mouthpiece first. It resulted in softer, less dramatic snoring, but it was still loud enough to wake me up. The following night he tried the larger apparatus and WOW, problem SOLVED, after years of losing sleep and being on the verge of a break up or sleeping in a separate room. He says it is a bit uncomfortable and takes some getting used to and the plastic irritates his mouth in certain places (I think any protrusions on the device could be filed down with a dremel tool, or during a visit to the dentist), but he's happy that it is working. I also believe the way it changes the angle of his jaw prevents him from suffocating in his sleep and he gets better rest as well, which is better for his overall health AND mine.

I have been a practicing chiropractor for over 25 years. During that time I have been approached/solicited with a myriad of junk science products. I have rejected them all due to junk science/scam. Your product intrigued me. The explanation of the anatomical reasoning of snoring and how it could work made sense to me. For the first time I took the gamble and it paid off. I started using ZQuiet this past Saturday. Instant results. My wife is very happy and I'm sleeping better.

I tried pretty much everything in the book to prevent myself from committing "snoricide" until I tried this. I'm still amazed at the IMMEDIATE success that it's had! Although it's a bit uncomfortable at first (but they DO warn of that) you actually do get used to it. And the bottom line is that it works! I'd definitely recommend that other snorers give it a try!

I've been using nose strip for a couple of years to help with snoring and they didn't help so I decided to try the ZQUIET mouthpiece. I clench my teeth too and wear a mouthpiece for that so was looking for something that could help with both. I've been using the Size 1 mouthpiece for 2 weeks along with a more solid pillow and my snoring is completely gone and my back teeth feel just as good as they did with my clenching mouthpiece. I literally cannot snore with it in and am sleeping way better as is my wife. It took a little getting used to the first couple of nights and my jaw was a little sore when I woke up but I am used to it now and am having no issues. Would and am recommending this product to others.

Stopped snoring night 1!!!! Total game changer. After a couple nights getting used to the device it is no issue to sleep with and in fact has improved the quality of my sleep and of course my spouse. Importantly I don't suffer apnea, just snore very loudly. The device keeps the lower jaw from relaxing and impinging airway. The step 1 device works for me although I started with the step 2, which was probably a bad idea as it made my left TMJ sore. I have tried other devices without success, this one definitely works!

So no one wants to admit that they snore. My husband told me many times and had to wake me up multiple times due to the loud snoring. The final straw was when I woke up and he had moved into the guest room. I had to try something and I had heard ads for this project as well as read the reviews. I felt that the worst thing that could happen was it didn't work and I would return it. Well, I must tell you - the results are miraculous !! No snoring at all. It takes a little getting used to, but is certainly worth it. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stop snoring.

This mouthpiece is probably one of the most comfortable anti-snoring devices I have found. Not that my mouth is not uncomfortable for a bit when I take it out in the morning, but it works. This makes my husband happy because he no longer is bothered by my snoring. I will give it a thumbs up for an overall great device!

Waited a while to write a review to make sure I was comfortable with this, first night it was so uncomfortable I took it out after 3 hours, second night I wore it all night and didn't snore a bit, been using it consistently for several weeks with great results. Makes my wife happy because I no longer snore, but the real thing for me is that I feel better in the morning, I'm getting a much better nights sleep. It's not always comfortable, I generally wake up with some sore spots either on my tongue or my teeth feel a bit adjusted, however I love the benefits and so does my wife.
