The buckets broke on the older mops, this is so gentle yet forceful. It really drys the mop if you want or it can be as wet as you like. Just don't use bleach in the bucket and it will last. I use a cap full of white vinegar and 1/4 cup of gain Mr Clean and the kitchen smells sooooo good and it shines. I have ceramic tile. I debated which spin mop to get. I'm glad I got this one, plus 6 mop heads!!!

Some have said the head only mops on one edge, it stays bent, can't do this, can't do that........ JUST STOP! It works just fine, ya just have to use a bit of "oh, yep, I need to use my head" stuff, and it all works flawlessly! The only thing I do not like is the pull handle. Yeah, it would work if you're 2' tall, and ONLY then, but there's a normal handle that works too. Or just kick it along with ya!

This mop is literally amazing. I bought it for the sole purpose of cleaning my walls and baseboards - which normally takes me hours to do, I literally cleaned my entire house in 30 minutes. I love how you can spin the mop in both the water and then to get excess water out. The wheels are also an added convenience and make moving around fast and easy. The extra mop heads are another bonus in my book. The only thing that held me up were the directions when putting it together, so 2 tips - one, after you out the rubber protective piece on the end of the mop, you just click a mop head onto that. And two; the mop head seems stiff when you get it - like if you were to put it in a vertical/up right position it would break. It almost looks like the clear plastic clips should come off but they stay - just use a little muscle to move the head into a vertical position to start. Then as you use it it loosens up. Enjoy!

There is a handle on the side making it very easy to roll the bucket around. Thirdly, the mop heads are soft yet plush and full. The ringers actually work too! And it’s really great that there are six machine washable mop heads.
