There are no instructions about how to install it or use it but there are lots of videos on YouTube that you can watch. Installation isn't rocket science. It is much bigger than I was expecting, which is a negative and a positive. i didn't have a reference for how big this would be when ordering, but it does clearly state its size. id say this is more geared for kayakers than paddleboarders from its size, but that's not to say it doesn't work for paddleboarders. Also, the folding of this is quite tricky, but once you learn it, its easy enough.if your in the market for a kayak sail and your a lord of the rings fan, this is the sail for you!

I love this sail. I haven't tried it yet (because it's snowing) but it seems like it will work nicely. It is large enough that it should catch the wind when you're out on the lake. It is easy to open, it pops open when you take it out of the case. The sail has some paracords so you can attach it pretty easily to your kayak or sup. Before you get out on the water, take a few minutes to practice putting it away. It's easy to do as long as you follow the directions that are provided. Once you know how to do it you will be able to easily pack it away in two minutes. It fits perfectly in the case. The sail is nylon with a section of clear plastic so you can see out from it, which is a good design feature.

It unpacked and packed back up very easily, another great feature. Looks as if it will be easy to attach to the kayak, too. And it comes with instructions which even advise how to repack it! When not in use, it fits nicely in its case, which is fairly compact, yet another nice feature!I think the price is right, and I know I'll appreciate its price when my arms are resting from paddling.Top notch item!
