I had a serious problem with black mould on the sealant of one of my windows which bleach and Cillit Bang mould remover couldn’t touch. I purchased this product as a last ditch attempt before re-sealing the window half expecting it to fail as well. Truth be told, I’m amazed! This gel has worked wonders! I applied it about 10:00, left it on and it’s now 14:30. The sealant is very nearly completely white again! Only the odd speck of mold remains here or there. I’m going to give it a few more hours before removing to see if they go as well. Very, very, very happy!

It eliminated a lot of the mildew - not 100%, but much, much more than I was able to remove myself scrubbing at it with bleach and a toothbrush. I would recommend this product.

I suspect this is just bleach in a thick gel, which means rather than forming a large bleach puddle it sticks to the thing you're trying to whiten and does just that. Even if it is just that, there are no complaints from me. Whiten the silicone around the sink in our kitchen and the grout in our ensuite really well.
