I love this crinkle cut knife! I had a mandolin at one point and darn near cut my finger off! Threw that away and then one day I found this in Amazon and thought this at least I could control. But was curious if it really could cut easily. Let me tell you this crinkle cutter is amazing! I grow pickling cucumbers and when I get the big ones I just slice em up with this knife. Works really easy. Takes no effort to cut through cucumbers.

The jar in the middle has slices from this knife. Don’t they look delicious? Highly recommend this crinkle cutter.
