Office Chair Pillow Backrest Cushion

I was trying to find a cushion that would make my car seat more comfortable because it forces me to crouch with my shoulder area forward. This is a narrow cushion that fills the bottom and center of the seat back, while supporting my lower and middle back while allowing my upper back to lean back against the chair in a straight and good position with the shoulders. mine is tilted back.

I bought this back support for my office chair. On the short side of life, I tend to hunker down at desks and keyboards. Elevating my chair is convenient plus this backrest works perfectly.

This lumbar pillow has really helped me get rid of my back pain from working at a desk all day. I like that it's comfortable and supportive. I have to move it up every time I sit down but it's ok. I also sit on a pillow so maybe otherwise I wouldn't have to move it.
