I didn't want to do a test spot on an area and think I was good to go with a certain pads and compound/polish, then run into a complete different section, like thinking you have all hard clear coat, then burn right through a soft section. This product did spot on what I needed it to, and I'll definitely consider the brand when I need better accuracy.

The film keeps the paint from flaking when it dries which is really nice. Make sure that you buy an extra roll of tape to tape the sides and bottoms!
