It arrived on time and very secure and protective packaging. Setting it up was not too difficult by myself, although I'm sure it would be much easier with two people. Seems very sturdy, and a lot more spacious than I thought it would be -- plenty of room for me to stretch out and still have space for my personal items. Packing it up and getting it back into the bag took a few tries, but eventually I got it. Lightweight, compact, and easy to carry in the bag. Definitely looking forward to using it this summer!

We used it for the first time and it's perfect. My daughter and I easily set it up and took it down. However there is no way we could fold it up to put back in the carrying case. I'll just put it in a pillowcase next time. We comfortably stayed at the beach for 10 hours with 5 people. It protected from the sun and wind and provided just enough privacy. I do recommend this shade tent. I don't think you will be disappointed.

Whoever the designers/engineers were who worked on this deserve a pat on the back. They truly thought of everything, right down to the window flaps. The tent's poles fully collapse; the window flaps roll up when opened, and have a tightening clasp to keep them secure; when closed for privacy, the flaps have elastic loops to secure them closed; the tent can be completely closed up for privacy (to nap or whatever 😏); and the entire tent folds up into a small carrying case with handles for easy portability!My only complaint is that the spikes are flimsy, short, and too weak to stay in the sand. Especially on breezy / windy beach days. The “sand bags” should be added to all four sides, not just two. Other than that…

I actually had a problem with the poles and the seller's staff was excellent in handling the problem. She went out of her way by texting and calling to make sure my problem was solved. I would give the seller and staffer 5 STARS. The tent I would also give five stars too. I even manage to get the tent and poles back into the bag after use.
