Side Sleeper Pillow For Neck Shoulder Pain

I had one bought for me two years ago, and loved it, I took it everywhere with me. I finally had a pillow that supported my neck and gave me something to hold one to (I tend to sleep with it backwards).

Without this pillow I would wake up with "cauliflower ear", very painful. I always sleep on one side or the other and no matter how soft the pillow or firm it was I would wake up with terrific pain on my ear until it "thawed" out (circulation was back). This pillow eliminates that 100% ! I have had 3 of these within last 6 years or so. Outer cover needs to be made of a more durable material as repeated washes tear it up It seems to be made of very thin cotton. Other than that one flaw I could not sleep without it.

Am 60 ,started getting dreadful neck pain in the morning,don’t know why.I can Honestly say, this has changed my sleeping and comfort.Sleeping really well now and neck pain completely disappeared.Not even using my other bed pillows at all now, they are just there for decorative purposes.!

I have suffered with neck, mid back, rib issues for years.... thanks to someone that ran a red light. I have tried so many different pillows for the neck, some work better than others but have kept searching for relief. This pillow has been a life changer. I feel like I am back to a normal nights sleep. I sleep deeper and don't wake up with headaches, neck or rib pain anymore. I never realized how important back support was for side sleeping until I tried this pillow. I will never look for any other pillow shape again. I finally found my relief. I bought one for my sister, and two more backups for myself in case they stop making these. LOVE

I've been using this pillow since they came out. I think this is my 5th one. After a few years they need to be replaced. But I love this pillow & will only use this type. Thank you

I used to shove my pillows into weird positions with part of it behind my back. I ran across this in a store, and it was love at first sleep. I've had a total of three, so yes they do wear out. I am still giving it a 5-star review because it makes my neck so comfortable with little pushing and pulling.

I bought this in hopes of helping me snore less and sleep better. Well I sleep better at least! As far as snoring, the wife says she doesn't notice it as much. The problem is that you can start out on your side but you gradually move around at night and end up on your back. This pillow helps decrease that but I often wake up either lying on my back on top of the pillow or on the bed with the pillow pushed out of the way. I found that over 2 weeks I seem to sleep better although not every night. It is a very comfortable "cheap" pillow and such a great idea.
