Sports Kinesiology Tape Roll

My boys use this stuff for football. It sticks quite well and helps to avoid soiling when it comes into contact with the grass. There is no limit to the range of motion. When used for recovery purposes, it is quite effective, holding the muscles in place and keeping its adhesion. During a football match, it fell out about half due to excessive contact and perspiration. Overall, I would recommend, especially for recovery uses.

This adhesive tape is definitely supportive! I ordered it to use specifically on my pregnant belly and it supported and eased my back and pelvic pain very well. It also lasts a very long time, I used it for 4 days and it even lasted through multiple showers. However, the only problem I see is that it is a bit itchy and if you decide to take it off, it will be very painful because the stickiness is so strong. But other than that, it is a very good product that will be defiantly introduced!

I wish I could leave it on for longer than 2 days but I have to take it off because my skin gets irritated by any kind of bandage. I'm still giving 5 stars because I've never used a non-irritating adhesive tape, so my problem is more like my problem than the physical tape's fault. I would never have thought that a tape could do such a miracle!

you can stretch the tape for as much support as you need and obviously the knee as you bend. You must be careful. I never leave the tape on for more than a few days at a time (you can get skin irritation if you leave it on for too long - leaving it wet or applying it to just wet skin can increase that risk too).

Great product. I've used it against my elbow tendonitis and also knee weakness. As long as you apply it correctly (includes an illustrated sheet showing how to use it for various wounds), it works to treat, support the area and give you protection and confidence. On the knee, I find it much better than an elastic support (squeezing all the knee and causing inhibition and discomfort after a few hours) -

so... Win - Win x I use this strip for extra support while running. After using it a few times, it helped give me the support I needed. It's still fine. I've been wearing it for a week and it still hurts to take it off while submerged in water. There is no instruction leaflet that I think someone said is attached. This was not a problem for me as my therapist showed me how to position the tape to my needs.

Great accessory set to support both muscles and joints. A little less goes a long way. It stays in place, doesn't curl or scroll at the edges - and stays put until I need to move it - which is very handy. Also use it for cracks in the skin of my heels - tapping on it helps prevent further splitting and cushions the heel so it doesn't hurt.

Like magic, my miserable pain relief is reduced significantly. The tape provides comforting support. I have tried ointments, braces, pillows, and even other tapes, but this brand works miracles. The other brand left adhesive residue. This one doesn't and it stays on longer. Are must be clean with no lotion or oils. Use alcohol and allow to dry. Try to get help applying. I apply my own but it would be even better if I had help. I even use it for immediate lower back pain relief. I have 3 bulging disks and arthritis there. I don't have to take pain medication anymore. I swear by this product!!!

My manual laborer husband occasionally suffers from muscle spasms (a problem lasting more than 30 years) in his back, often requiring him to lie down for a week with prescription anti-inflammatory and strong painkillers which can affect affects his internal organs and causes him to grow taller. My advice is to trim the ends so they are rounded and not straight as it prevents the ends from catching.

A great tape that worked great on my knee. I have non-adjustable knees and so I needed something to stop my knees from stretching out too much. This tape, when properly glued, will work great and can be cut exactly to size. Since it sticks to the backing paper, it doesn't lose any adhesive force when used. It's also really strong and adheres well, it can stay in place for several days without peeling off.
